Payment
Payment is made at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the website.
Shipping
Paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from Spain. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Returns
Buyers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the artwork, provided it is returned in its original condition.
Damage during transport
If the artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must contact the artist within 48 hours with photographs of the package and the damage.
